Returns are generally not accepted unless we have made a mistake in the personalisation, or the goods are faulty.

For goods that do not have any personalisation, then they must be returned in the same new state they were sent for a full refund.

We strongly advise on double checking all personalisation before ordering, incase you make a mistake.

We know mistakes can happen, and you will receive an order confirmation asking to check your order and notify us immediately if you spot a mistake.

We will always do our upmost to help, and if it has already gone into production, we are very sorry will not be able to change it.

Once an order is placed, unfortunately we cannot cancel it once it has gone into the system.

Sometimes we can change delivery address, if notified within 12hrs of the order being placed.
